Client Details
Our client is a well-known brand of FMCG sector. Due to a greenfield investment, we are searching for an individual to run the project and become a Plant Manager of the newly built, automated factory producing innovative products.
Description
A person hired on this position will be responsible for:

Running a greenfield project of building a new production plant
-
Managing newly built manufacturing plant
-
Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations

Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
-
Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
-
Allocating resources effectively and utilizing assets to produce optimal results
-
Implementing strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and providing a clear sense of direction and focus

Sharing a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, managing and developing plant staff
-
Ensuring plant safety environment
-
Developing systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
Profile
-
Higher technical education
-
Min. 10 years of experience in managing manufacturing departments or a plant within plastics industry or similar
-
Proven working experience of min. 5 years in project management, preferably in running greenfield projects
-
Outstanding organizational and planning skills
-
Exceptional leadership and communications skills
-
Able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
-
Result as well as company culture oriented
