For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for candidates as Customer Care Specialist with French and English skills (min B2). In this job position you will be at the front line making every interaction memorable, enabling deeper relationships to strengthen position with Customers . In this department you’ll be able to use and develop your skills and knowledge, while working as part of an innovative and collaborative team.
Our requirements:
Knowledge of English and French min B2
Experience in the office environment as Customer Service will be an asset
Good communication skills, verbal and non-verbal
Customer-oriented, independent work
Success-oriented, open-minded, organised, resilient even in stressful situations
Team player and confident single performer
Responsibilities
Manage your customers backlog
Follow Customers accounts and help on various issue they may face
Work in the spirit of ECE (Extraordinary Customer Experience)
Organise your work to answer customer requests
Chasing acknowledgement on unconfirmed orders
Follow customer payment accuracy to help finance team
Processing customer credit cards
