For our client, an international service company located in Cracow, we are looking for experienced and well organized candidate interested in a position of Personal Assistant
Your new role
Candidate on this position will be responsible for organizing internal and external meetings, preparing the documents for meetings, keeping up to date with internal news and also managing incoming phone calls and passing detailed messages on effectively and efficiently. Moreover, Personal Assistant will have to plan and organize travel arrangements (including any visa applications, itineraries and route maps), submit and manage expenses and Amex logs, work with other meeting organizers, set up annual performance reviews for direct reports. As a PMO Support you will have to ensure standard processes and procedures are followed in accordance with the company governance model and create monthly project status, resource, pipeline and operational metric and also finance reports.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with more than one year experience on similar position (PMO experience will be an extra asset) with excellent English language and IT (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Internet Explorer and Lync) skills. Perfect candidate must be organized, trustworthy, conscientious and able to work under own initiative as well as through others.
