Personal Assistant

Duties:

• supporting Delivery Centre Management in administration duties
• organizing and maintaining diary focusing on Customers visits (both internal and external)
• arranging travel and accommodation for Customer / Accounts visits
• supporting Business Development / Sales to set up Customer visits
• supporting in preparation centre management meetings / internal company events
• preparing and issuing daily/weekly itineraries
• preparation of office expenses
• liaise with administration and delivery/operations in office space arrangements
• support in documents producing, briefing papers, reports and presentations

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• German / French will be a supplementary asset
• Bachelor degree
• Minimum experience of 12 months on a similar position
• Experience in cooperation with a foreign clients
• Experience in an international working environment will be an advantage
• Professional software skills (MS Office)
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Work team – player
• Able to work flexible hours
