On behalf of our Client, growing Shared Service Centre of a medical company, we are looking to recruit Payroll Supervisor with German.
Within the role you will be responsibleresponsible for smooth transition of Payroll processes into a HR Shared Service Center. This will involve planning, process documenting, work-shadowing, recruiting & training new teams and stabilising processes. You will be responsible for managing Payroll team and creating best-in-class European Payroll shared service function with a focus on customer service and process efficiency.
What do you need to succeed?
- 3+ years of experience in Shared Service Center on the team lead or supervisor position
- very good knowledge of systems and technology that support payroll
- proven experience in leading HR/Payroll teams, also in transitioning HR/Payroll processes to HR SSC
- very good knowledge of German and Englishis a must
