For our Client - the global company, we are currently looking for :Payroll specialist with German and English
Your new role
Payroll
- Management of daily payroll activities with outsourced vendor
- Preparation work according to defined payroll process
- Verification of payroll output data
- Definition of practical guidelines related to payroll process
- Incentive and merits data consolidation, screening quality of data
- Communication to managers / employees in payroll related issues
- Interface and communication with finance and auditors for all payroll related matters Personnel data management
- Management of the changes in personnel data (manager, department, title, salary, cost center, etc.)
- Absence management and recording (sick leaves, holidays, maternity leaves, study leaves, etc.)
- Document creation and management, i.e. contracts, confirmation letters etc.
- Local & global needs, e.g. People KPI´s and HR Scorecard, salary data reporting and budget forecasting, HR reporting for 3 rd parties, legal reporting
- Running daily activities related to health care services, personnel related insurances and personnel benefits
- Coordination of any share based long-term incentives locally
- Coordination of fringe benefits and insurance accruals
- Administrative first point of contact for pensions provider, social security agencies and tax authority
- Language skills : English min B2 + German min B2
- Previous experience in Payroll
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong attention to details
- Workday Knowledge
