PAYROLL SPECIALIST with ENGLISH
Your duties:
- Ensure the smooth flow of payroll related information
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll
- Review system generated test reports, determine if accurate process are accomplished and correct any errors
- Participate in internal controls design and testing (SOX)
- Perform ad-hoc and recurring reporting of payroll data
- Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll and benefits records (salaries, variable schemes, employee shares, health and other insurance policies, pensions schemes etc.)
- Identifies risks and opportunities within key processes in the area/department
- Be the single point of contact for payroll inquiries for the assigned countries, delivering an effective service to our internal customers
What we need from you:
- 2-3 years of experience in International Payroll, ideally in corporate environment
- Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1)
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Can-do attitiute
- Able to make independent decisions based on expertise
- Willing to develop in multinational environment
