Payroll Manager (EU)
The main purpose of the role is to deliver timely Payroll support of highest quality to internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the international HR & Payroll teams to build strong working relationships and ensure process consistency and governance is maintained.

Our Client is a global retail company offers fashionable jewellery. The structures in Poland are being created, first stores are going to be open very soon.
Description
- Providing global or region-specific payroll operations support
- Analyzes all off-cycle payroll requests and validates payroll inquiry/requests
- Be responsible for monitoring the quality, compliance, efficiency and effectiveness of the processes
- Processes regular and off-cycle payroll and distribute payments
- Processes payroll accounting and reconciliation
- Creates, updates, and maintains employee assignment and pay details
- Understand legal compensation rules of various countries when providing the service
Profile
- Fluency in English is a must
- 2-3 years of experience in a managerial position in Payroll&Compensation area
- Demonstrable experience in an international organization involving substantial change and change management
- Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining professional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to develop and implement new ideas or ways of working and adapt to change
- Demonstrable experience of payroll and/or compensation processes, statistics and benchmark data
- Highly developed problem-solving skills including the ability to resolve issues impacting different interconnected systems (Oracle and different local payroll systems knowledge will be an advantage)
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
