Payroll Analyst

- Responsible for End to End payroll process for one/several markets/countries in Europe
- Reviewing and controlling Process all payroll related payments to employees, Tax Authorities and Social Security Office
- Compliance & Employee Support
- Process all payroll related journal entries into the general ledger
- Prepare monthly tax returns for wage taxes
- Single point of contact for the business partners (i.e. - HR and Finance
- Financial Analysis and planning : able to calculate impacts of law changes in term of social security, benefits, tax wages
Minimum Qualifications:
- Intermediate level Excel skills including the ability to manipulate data accurately and the ability to create meaningful reports
- Experience at turning raw data into meaningful reports for different audiences
- Hands-on experience of data entry and data validation with an ability to carry such tasks out with a high level of discipline and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese etc. also advantageous)
- Positive/can do attitude
- Partnering skills - with HR and Finance
- Good judgment and confidentiality
- Meets challenging deadlines under pressure and balance multiple priorities
Desired Skills
- Fair communication skills in the language of the countryies payroll support to enable reading of local legislation and updates
- Experience with ADP GV (SAP payroll)
- Experience in a multinational remuneration environment
- Payroll qualifications recognized in the relevant country
