For our Client, international business centre located in Krakow, we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Payroll Administrator.
Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for a variety of duties concerning the preparation, calculation and processing of salaries and fringe payments. You will be also complying with all fiscal and social legislation and following through with relevant departments, external companies and authorities to validate the integrity of specific information used or supplied. What is more, this roles involves providing accurate and timely information to external authorities for individual or group queries relating to employee sickness, work accidents, insurance company claims, special leave, social bodies etc. You will be performing assigned duties to support the processing of payments related to special payment or incentive schemes, i.e. statutory or company profit share, pension or savings plan, tax effective pay etc. This position also includes supporting the internal & external payroll audit process. In addition, you will be dealing with management & employee issues correctly and in an appropriate time frame.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with some previous experience within payroll administration (gained e.g. in HR/Accountancy departments) or with strong interest in and comprehensive knowledge of payroll area. The knowledge of English language (at least B2 level) is a must. The Candidates should also possess analytical mind and logical thinking skills.
