Responsibilities:
Calling back HSBC customers from France
Analyzing referral cases identified upstream in the process and clearing them by calling the customer
Working on multiple systems
Identifying and escalating potential blocking points to Team Leader
Delivering high quality customer services
Effective cooperation with the team
Requirements:
Fluent French min. C1
Good English min. B2
Higher education
Kind approach for Customers
Good analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work within international environment
Experience in banking or back office operations with product knowledge covering payments will be an advantage
