Opis stanowiska pracy

HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under numer 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Wymagania

The jobholder needs to process dematerialized payments instructions in a workflow tool and assure that the process is followed and that procedure is in place and complied.

 

Key Accountabilities:

• Calling back customers from France when required to annihilate any fraud attempt,

• Analyzing referral cases identified upstream in the process and clearing them by calling the customer,

• Working on multiple systems,

• Identifying and escalating potential blocking points to Team Leader,

• Delivering high quality client services,

• Working effectively in a team environment.

 

Requirements:

• Fluent French language skills,

• Good English,

• Higher education,

• Customer driven approach,

• Good analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage several applications,

• Very good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills,

• Ability to work within international environment,

• Ability to work under time and stress pressure,

• Experience in banking or back office operations with product knowledge covering payments will be an advantage.
