Payments and Fraud Manager (e-commerce)
For our Client, high potential e-commerce business, we are looking for Fraud and Payment Manager who will develop the team and be responsible for transactions / settlements / AML process.
Ideal candidate is experienced in field of financial institutions / transaction / gambling.

Description
- Constant monitoring and reporting of any suspicious fraud patterns
- Monitoring payments performance, problems escalation and solving
- Reporting on payment performances, reduce charge-backs, fraud
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate fraud
- Working closely with other departments - mainly with customer support and with the legal and compliance department
- Handle risk-related Anti-Money Laundering process
- Align risk, fraud and payments strategy with company strategy, prioritising for short and long terms planning
- Recommending continuous improvements in products
- Reviewing and approving client pay-outs
- Manage team members whilst also recruiting, developing, and training employees
Profile
- A minimum of 3 years of experience payments & fraud preferably in in e-commerce business
- Team leadership experience will be a plus
- Track record of introducing anti-fraud solutions
- Good knowledge of payment and risk systems
- You must be a dynamic and pro-active individual who is willing to learn and grow within high speed developing e-commerce business
- Excellent command of the English language is a must
