For our Client -an international company from Internet and Media industry, we are looking for Payments Operations Specialist.
As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the payments and CRM platforms. You will provide support for the day-to-day management of the Salesforce.com and Zuora. You will perform administrative tasks such as managing settings, creating or updating fields, promotional campaigns, workflows, reports and dashboard and managing data using data loader or other tools. You will work with QA and Customer Service teams.
We are looking for Candidates with high computer and data literacy (incl Excel), a logical thinker, reliable, efficient and strong communicator.Experience with Zuora and Salesforce is not required but will be looked upon favourably.
