P2P Center Lead EMEA
The P2P Shared Service Manager will lead the SSC team focused on Purchase Order Processing, Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense. Other significant responsibility is related to the collaboration with business stakeholders', GPOs, and other Shared Services functions in addition to management of the P2P team.

Our Client is a brand new SSC from Healthcare&Life Sciences sector, currently in the greenfield stage of building it's stuctres in Warsaw.
Description
- Manage the P2P SSC staff (FTE 5-10)
- Acting as SME for P2P, ensuring that best practices implemented
- Ensures that new policies and procedures are properly communicated and administered for the region(s)
- Clear understanding of relevant accounting laws and standards
- Support the standardization and optimization of P2P processes
- Set and achieve performance targets (DPO, SLA, Cycle times, error rates, etc..) in line with global standards and targets
- Partner with Global and Regional Process Owners to identify and implement process and technology improvements
Profile
- Experience in Procurement and Accounts Payable processes and technologies
- Proven track record in P2P process management, process mapping, continuous improvement strategies
- Project management and/or Six Sigma or similar quality program experience preferred
- Shared services implementation and transformation experience preferred
- Proven capability in managing senior team members and external stakeholders
- Functional knowledge of Procurement and Accounts Payable processes
