For our Client, large international company based in Gdańsk, we are currently looking for an Order Handling Team Leader.
As an Order Handling Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring quality and timely handling of quotations. You will lead an international team, monitor, and report business performance via KPI's and targets. You will be required to balance workload among team members. Successful candidate will have an operational excellence approach and will maintain continues improvement by using tools and techniques.
Your day-to-day duties will be to manage an international team consisted of 20 people. There will be quite a lot of work to do in the companies systems.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a technical or commercial degree. Moreover, we would like you to have at least 2 years of managerial experience in leading people and teams. Fluency in English is a must.
