Compliance IT KYC (Know Your Customer) /CDD (Customer Due Diligence) Environment Team support multiple programmes, which are enhanced and consistent global Customer Due Diligence standards to enable to prevent individuals, entities and affiliates from using its facilities for the purposes of financial crime. The KYC/CDD Programmes are enterprise-wide initiatives to implement the Global Anti-Money Laundering Policy. The purpose of the KYC/CDD Programme is to outline the internal risk-based CDD procedures to be implemented and its financial institution affiliates and to establish governing principles to protect them from being used to launder money, finance terrorism or to evade sanctions requirements.

Oracle Database Administrator (Compliance IT)

Responsibilities:

Implementation and maintenance of database server, replication and client environments,

Definition of standards pertaining to the configuration and operation of database server and client components,

24/7 support of production database services to ensure the highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security and performance required by our business systems,

Security and access control to meet internal and external audit requirements,

Optimizing performance and ensuring effective use of hardware resources,

Development of infrastructure and investigation of 3rd party products required to provide production, test and development database services in a cost-effective manner,

Provision of support and assistance to development teams in the design, development, testing, tuning and implementation of database applications including provision of such development and testing environments that are required,

Identification of opportunities to maximize exploitation of current and new products relevant to the provision of database services,

Compliance with internal and external audit and regulatory requirements.

Required:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field with minimum of 5 years relevant experience,

In-depth knowledge of Oracle 11g and 12c with good support experience in a multi-project environment,

Excellent Oracle performance and tuning skills including SQL, PL/SQL and database/instance tuning, server configuration and tracing facilities, interpretation of tkprof files and event traces,

Oracle RAC,

Oracle RMAN,

Oracle Dataguard,

Strong experience of planning and implementing production service architectures in a multi-domain, multi-platform and multi-site environment,

Shell programming,

Basic unix administration (Linux),

Oracle Grid Control / Cloud Control,

Hands-on in-depth experience with hardware clustering and disk technologies,

Good working knowledge of job scheduling and monitoring tools, preferably BMC Control-M and BMC Patrol.

Desirable skills:

Hands-on in-depth experience of Veritas Cluster Server and Veritas Volume Manager, with EMC VMAX storage with SRDF,

Exposure to financial markets,

EMC SAN knowledge,

Netbackup,
