Opis stanowiska pracy

For our Client we are looking for experienced Operations Manager.

• Location: 100 % remote work (you must be located in Poland)
• Form of cooperation: B2B contract via Hays
• Start date: November 2023
• Rate: 150-170 pln/h net + vat (negotiable, depends on experience)
• Contract length: first for 3 months (with possibility of extension)
• Project: automation tool for data reporting (hight priority in the company)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management
• Advanced excel skills
• English level C1
• Experience of managing senior leadership and technical senior Subject matter experts
• Strong attention to detail and business analysis skillset
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Understanding of Workflow build, Continuous Improvement
• Basic knowledge on Application Maintenance desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Strong operations lead to support a taskforce and transition to a new BAU model
• Team management and coordination skills required
• Compliance and Audit background essential
• The role will also involve management reporting, initially manually and to support the transit to an automated solution (this work is well underway)
• We will need to identify a suite of future proof reports
• Write processes and handbooks for future proofing the operation
