To achieve our ambitious growth goals we are currently looking for Operations Manager to manage our strategic teams within securities, derivatives, corporate actions, income, fees and NAV. This position plays a crucial role in our organization and will cover end to end business.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- participate in the creation of operational strategy and its execution;
- implement effective risk management and continuous review of control procedures to ensure compliance across processes;
- manage transformation projects within Operations Area (Fund Administration) and implement target operating model;
- lead and develop Operations teams and maintain a positive and professional work environment;
- build strong relationships with internal partners (spanning various levels) and clients;
- be accountable for client satisfaction, contracted SLAs/KPIs and reporting of the unit performance;
- drive process optimization/enhancement and automation projects;
- support the onboarding of new clients and implementation of new funds or new products;
- ensure good understanding of UI’s strategy, roles and expectations across all team members;
- ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and requirements, proactively support recruitment, performance management and professional development of all team members through trainings, coaching/mentoring sessions etc.
What you offer:

- several years' professional experience in the fund administration area in the managerial role;
- knowledge of different investment products / finance instruments, thorough understanding of fund administration business;
- excellent communication and inter-personal skills;
- enthusiastic leadership style;
- effective decision making and problem-solving skills;
- ability to build and lead operations teams; goal-orientation, result-driven, project management abilities;
- university degree in banking studies or business management;
- fluency in English and good knowledge of German is a plus.
