For our Client we are currently looking for qualified Candidates for the position of: Lead BI Developer
Location: 100% remote
Job type: contract B2B
Length: 12 months
Rate: 90PLN/h net + VAT (the rate is negotiable)
Methodology: Waterfall/Scrum
Working pattern: Full time
Min. 2 years of experience
Role purpose:
We are recruiting an Operations Engineer in the Service Operations team within IT. The IT function is a key part of our business services and operates across International with key hubs in UK, Asia and Australia.
As an Operations Engineer you will have a broad experience in engineering and support in a Service and Operations environment and an understanding of the relevant fields of expertise
You will be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and be able to demonstrate excellent technical and communication skills, with the ability to manage a multitude of assignments independently. The role will require you to support customers who are internal business staff and the firms' external clients.
Experience of Information systems concepts and practice as well as working in a fast paced, complex global environment with multiple regulatory requirements is a distinct advantage.

Key areas of responsibility:
- Within a broad area of competence, investigate incidents, problems and other requests for support and determine the appropriate action to take.
- Monitoring progress of requests for support and ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.
- Viability work: upgrades, patching, etc.
- Liaising with systems development staff and software suppliers on the development of system enhancements to overcome known problems.
- General system maintenance.
- Ensuring all tasks and procedures are carried out effectively and efficiently to agreed levels of service or specific requirements of Service or Operational level agreements.
- Documenting all work using required standards, methods and tools, including prototyping tools where appropriate
Skills, experience and characteristics:
- Knowledge of techniques for identifying, gathering and validating customers' needs in the delivery of IT services.
- Proficient in configuration management.
- Understanding of Infrastructure and system security.
- Knowledge of Corporate, Industry and Professional standards relevant to the IT industry and how to apply them
- Strong commercial awareness
- Must be pro-active and solutions driven
- Ability to work cross-functionally, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions
- Ability to problem solve with a structured and logical approach
- Expertise and good knowledge in a range of the following technologies would be desirable
- iManage Document Management technology, specifically Work 10 infrastructure and applications
- SQL querying and database manipulation
- MS Office, specifically MS O365 usage and configuration
- InTapp Walls (Information Barriers)
- Knowledge of other technology would be advantageous such as Powershell scripting, Windows Server 2012-2019 and Azure.
