Operational Buyer
This role is associated with participation in the end-to-end Procurement Operations projects. Person in this position will be cooperate with wide range of management and senior stakeholders within the organization. Participation and contribution to process improvement initiative will be required in the areas related to Procurement Operations.

Description
- Guide business users to the right ways of purchasing goods or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets,
- Responsibility for the 3 quotes process in Basware,
- Process requisitions flowing from a 3 quotes process,
- Coordinate the purchase requisitions coming from the business (non-quote order),
- Coordinate the purchase orders workflow,
- Support the purchasing departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations,
- Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities,
- Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organisation,
- Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements,
- Adhere to any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, staff and visitors,
Profile
- Proven experience in an operational Procurement role and specifically working with supplier catalogue,
- Bachelor's degree in business; Procurement, Accounting or Finance or relevant experience,
- Procurement qualification is considered an advantage (e.g. CIPS),
- Previous experience of working with source to pay systems (e.g. Basware, Coupa, Ariba or other relevant applications),
- Experience in working in international environments,
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle,
- Fluent English,
- Excellent skills in Word and Excel,
- Ability to structure and follow up pro-actively,
- Ability to develop successful and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
