For our Client located in Kraków we are looking for : Onboarding Coordinator

Onboarding Coordinator will provide customer service and support to managers and new hires from time of offer acceptance through first 30 days of employment also apply judgment in determining work methods and balancing competing priorities. You will be in charge of gather onboarding set-up requirements. You will be responsible for help managers understand their role in the onboarding process and also coordinate with Onboarding Partners to ensure proper and timely provisioning of new employee's set-up requirements.
Onboarding Coordinator will be a resource for the new employee through touchpoints, email correspondence, and support in using their new employee tools.

We are looking for person who has good knowledge of MS Office package. Professional experience in HR or customer service related area. Candidate must be proactive, client orientated and accurate problem solving attitude.
Fluent English is crucial (min. B2+ level).

We offer friendly atmosphere in workplace attractive salary temporary contract for 6 months (with possibility to extension).
