Responsibilities:
- provide the assistant support to the office staff with daily tasks
- ensure the coordination of program, e-mails, meetings and discussions of the office
- provide translations ENG/PL
- prepare documents for the meetings and presentations (PowerPoint)
- register the incoming and outgoing correspondence
- arrange foreign business trips of CEO/CFO and other office staff - purchase of plane tickets, reservation of hotels, cabs
- perform other administrative activities upon instructions and directions of the employee’s superiors
- other stationery/office supplies, water the office plants, manage coffee machine (maintenance, making coffees), prepare the meeting rooms, manage parking places for the visitors, other tasks required for a smooth operation of the office
- burn CDs/DVDs
- set up arriving procedure, manage it and make sure it is followed by the whole company, manage the archive and upload data on the server
Qualifications:
- Secondary or higher education
- Fluent English - both spoken and written
- Experience on similar position
- Good manners
- Analytical skills, ability to work with data and reports with all available tools
- Practice knowledge of package MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Text editing skills
- Regularity and engagement
- Very good organisational skills and ability to multitask within given period of time
