Our Client is an international financial institution recognized as the global leader in its industry. Due to dynamic growth in Poland we are currently looking for a person who would like to become a team player in the local team in Warsaw as Business Support Team Manager.
We are looking for person who will be responsible for:
• Managing Business Support team of 3: • Managing all country-wide office administration projects as well as larger projects relating to individual offices. Liaising with all 5 offices. • Managing the procurement of all marketing and employer branding materials. • Involvement in university relationships in close cooperation with HR & Talent Department • Involvement in creation and implementation of social media strategy. The Social Media Specialist is a part of the team. • Involvement in delivering country-wide internal monthly communication to all employees. • Supervision over Poland costs budgets. • Liaising with other back office departments • Supervising and participating in marketing and PR activities (articles, competitions). • Managing other projects and tasks as and when delegated by the MD.
