For our Client - real estate investment fund - due to further growth we are seeking for an experienced Leasing Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for a leasing funds office portfolio.
Description
Cooperate with Asset Manager to create leasing and marketing strategy for allocated portfolio
Prepare and monitor budgets
Searching and establishing business relationship with tenants
Presenting the properties and preparing offers
Lease agreements negotiations
Building and maintaining relationship with brokers
Prepare market and competition analysis
Profile
Master's degree
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience within leasing area (preferably working on the investor side)
Proven track record in lease negotiations
Office market expertise
Strong negotiations skills
Very good English language skills
Independent and team player working skills
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
