O2C Analyst Credit/AR with Russian

Lokalizacja: Warsaw

For our Client, new company on the market in SSC sector, we are looking for specialist for positions of O2C Analyst Credit/AR with Russian

The Role will ensure the Credit Risk mitigation through:

• Providing top quality serice to Russian-speaking customers in the area of AR and Collections
• In-depth analysis of all available customer financial statements, payment trends & financial ratios, market information
• Regular timely analysis of customer portfolio to ensure appropriate Credit Limits setup
• Monthly AR accounts reconciliations and presentation to relevant parties
• Sales Order credit release in a compliant & timely manner
• Support for the whole O2C Team: flexibility in providing cover for team members, training new team members
• Be seen as a “go-to” information resource for O2C Credit Management and related queries
• Support SAP S4/HANA implementation including testing, trainings preparation and delivery

 Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in O2C functions in SAP FCSM or FI modules
• Active participation in transition of operations or SAP implementation in the O2C area
• University degree (or equivalent work experience)
• Fluency in English is a must
• Advance knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Proactive mindset with experience in analysis and problems solving
• Ability to prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables under time pressure
• Ability to work in global team environment and communicate effectively with both internal business partners, as well as external Business Process Outsourced team members
• Demonstrate a strong compliance oriented mindset & help to build a strong compliance culture
• Ensure ownership for all applicable SOX & Operational controls for your area
• Demonstrate a strong Continuous Improvement oriented approach
