Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries (Fund requests) to prepare future investments
- Prepare Application Forms and other documentation requested by the Transfer Agency for account opening purposes
- Handle Transfer Agency Queries and communication
- Manage the daily tasks dedicated to the team to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Ensure good communication with Client Service teams and Transfer Agents
- Analyse and investigate both internally and with Transfer Agents, Reconciliation breaks that are brought to the attention of the team to take the necessary actions and solve the breaks
Requirements:
- Experience in Reconciliation or/and Fund Transfers
- Good knowledge of Transfer Agency industry
- Microsoft Office - very good
- English - C1
- Organizational skills
