Description

• Manages and maintains Global Corporate Network
• Monitors network engineering performance and ensures system availability and reliability
• Builds net configurations and connections
• Configures and installs various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Troubleshoots network problems together with our external partner
• Provides Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• IP address auditing
• Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration and directing system installation
• Performs network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Defines, documents, and enforces system standards (like firewall rules)
• Liaises with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Works in close cooperation with our Security team

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Network design & Management
• CCNP certification or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP) are highly valued
• Experience in an international environment is an asset
• Proven hands-on network engineering experience
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
• Hands-on experience in monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• Being able to bring all IT-related aspects to new heights
• By changing processes, the job holder has to put himself in the internal or external customer's position and evaluate / judge on potential positive impact
• Service orientation, striving to grant timely and professional service
