Your new role
The MI Analyst will work as part of the client account team and will be responsible for the design, creation, automation and delivery of MI reports to internal operational teams. The requires you to use various recruitment systems with output reports to MS Excel and MS Power-point, requesting purchase orders, resolving PO and invoice queries plus the general management of the recruitment systems. The Analyst will also support the account team and client as necessary and as required. You will be responsible for the production of complex MI using data collated from various sources including different recruitment systems, internal systems, MS Access databases and MS Excel spread sheets. As an Analyst you will also be a part of the creation and automation of MI solutions including documenting of the production process and sharing with wider teams as required Working to an agreed reporting schedule, delivering timely MI to internal and external customers via various communication and shared environments (Outlook / Share-point etc.). You will produce high quality, clear and concise data and summaries using MS Power-point / Excel format as per the Client MI schedule using graphs, charts, pivot tables as defined.

We are on the lookout for someone with: Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Power Apps. Extensive knowledge within MS Office including Excel (Macro’s, formulae, Pivots, Conditional Formatting etc.), Outlook, and PowerPoint. You have previous experience of managing large data sets across and of automating reports and processes with a strong attention to detail. You are a motivated self-starter who has the ability to work both independently using your initiative and collaboratively with other colleagues and clients.
