Main responsibilities: mapping, identifying and build professional relationship with KOL, establish partnerships with medical societies, organize and run medical education events for the scientific community according to the company’s strategy, responds to medical communication needs. Responsibility for whole Poland (3 days in the field, 2 days home-office), therapeutic area - vaccines.
Ideal candidates will have experience and demonstrated success in the following: experience in the related business such as medical manager, advisor or medical liaison ( min 2-3 years), experience in customer management and working with stakeholders, experience in medico-marketing and project management, education medical or semi-medical (i.e. pharmacy, biology, chemistry). We are looking for technical skills such us: scientific excellence (analyze medical data and generate outcomes), communication and presentation skills, organizational skills (successful in gathering related parties for business purposes), negotiation and influencing skills (communicate ideas strongly and affect customers positively), fluent English. Teamwork and customer focus are very important. Able to travel extensively.
