Medical Advisor - Medical Devices (m/f)
The Medical Advisor will work in the cross-functional team, provide input into the clinical development plans and pipeline within diabetology - medical devices area. The Medical Advisor will act as a reference point for therapy area knowledge and competitor knowledge and will be responsible for code compliance for all promotional materials under the guidance of the Medical Affairs Manager.

Description
- Responsibility for outlining medical strategy and Medical Activity Plan for the products portfolio.
- Develops long-term relations and scientific partnership with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Acts as a resource to team members and peers as they continually build their own individual scientific knowledge.
- Tactical delivery of programs according to established objectives and serves as a resource for education and dissemination of pertinent, clear, and balanced medical-scientific information to audiences.
- Provides on regular basis medical trainings for field-force teams.
- Maintain appropriate communication flow with internal and external teams.
Profile
- Masters level degree in a Medical or scientific field
- Minimum of 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry required.
- Prior experience in providing MSL/Medical Advisor-level support to products or devices in specific therapeutic areas, including KOL development, investigator-initiated clinical trials, publications and educational programs highly preferred.
- Strong clinical and research experience in assigned therapeutic area highly preferred.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Complete understanding of laws, regulations, codes, standards and guidelines regarding pharmaceutical industry practices related to medical advisor activities
Job Offer
The successful candidate will be a strategic partner for the commercial team in setting the overall strategy and ensuring the operational delivery for those elements lead by the broader medical team. The medical advisor will be supported by Marketing team with regards to KOL interactions., lead Brand Advisory board meetings and support medical education activities.
