For our Client, an international business company located in Kraków, we are looking for Master Data Management Associate with Italian (part-time).
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for performing vendor account maintenance such as additions, and changes, processing new vendor set ups and changes, ensuring that, where appropriate, regulatory and compliance documents are secured from the vendor prior to issuing payments. This would also include securing and verifying any banking information changes.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Student/Graduate in finance-related field available to work 20 hours a week. Very good Italian knowledge is required (min. B2) as well as English (min. B2). An ideal Candidate is able to comprehend complex information and systems as well as inter-related accounting processes. Strong attention to detail a must as well as personal computer skills, prior experience with Excel will be a plus.
