Marketing Manager (B2B)
The key to success for our Marketing Manager will be to employ their organizational and project management skills to get the long list of projects done well, and on time - using internal and external resources.
Growth Vision : Double the business in next five years, which equates to 20% y-o-y growth. Marketing will play a critical role in realizing these growth targets
Client Details
For our client, an international B2B company with 70% of sales international , mostly in EU, we are searching for a Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing communications and sales support with trade customers (B2B), international accounts and doing business in multiple languages.
Description
- Streamline and organize Marketing department into a modern, efficient machine
- Create routines, timetables, templates, marketing standards, brand book, SOPs and process. This organization work will be long-term and not expected overnight.
- Manage marketing budget
- Work with New Business Development manager to grow our newly launched Print-on-Demand (POD) business and other new business areas
- HR support: recruitment, employee branding, social media, internal communications
- Traditional Marketing (trade shows, printed matter, etc)
- Digital Marketing
- Corporate Marketing (30-year, corporate image)
- Manage our Print Competition calendar
- Employ leadership and creativity in marketing actions and new initiatives
Profile
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Experience in Project Management
- Good general manager, leader, decision-maker. Good general business sense.
- Multi-tasking. Ability to manage/oversee numerous, simultaneous, disparate projects with multiple employees, suppliers and outsource marketing partners.
- Works well under time pressure. Ability to prioritize projects and complete on time.
- High level English critical. Strong Polish desirable. Some German helpful.
- 5-10 years relevant marketing, trade marketing, or sales -support experience, including some international exposure
- High achievement orientation. Someone who gets things done.
