Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high level of customers' satisfaction via phone
- Resolving customer’s problems
- Additional administration related to customer contacts
- Working in a positive and co-operative manner with colleagues in other Departments and Teams to solve customer issues and champion the needs of the customer
- Ensuring customers are comfortable and have a full understanding of the various processes which can feel complex and uncertain for them, such as joining from another supplier
- Presenting services and company’s offer to the group of new clients
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (min.C1)
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Possibility to work in an international environment
