To one of the company located in Cracow we are looking for a person to hold a position Marketing Associate with English.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring high level of customers' satisfaction via phone
Resolving customer’s problems
Additional administration related to customer contacts
Working in a positive and co-operative manner with colleagues in other Departments and Teams to solve customer issues and champion the needs of the customer
Ensuring customers are comfortable and have a full understanding of the various processes which can feel complex and uncertain for them, such as joining from another supplier
Presenting services and company’s offer to the group of new clients
What we do expect from you?
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (min.C1)
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under time pressure
Ability to work in an international environment
