For our Client, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations located in Kraków, we are currently searching for a person interested in the role of Governance and Compliance Specialist.
Your new role
As a Manager Technology Control CMB, you will support senior manager on decision when dispensations or risk acceptances are required and drive adoption of workflow processes. On this position you will provide guidance on regulatory requirements for area of responsibility. One of your duties will be supporting risk awareness training, preparing training documentation etc. You will be responsible for supporting driving business awareness of appropriate policies and controls and required compliance locally.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful Candidate on this role you need to have experience and understanding of types of risk technology. Also, you must have the project / process management experience with a solid delivery track record driving change.
You should demonstrate knowledge in operational risk management, internal control, or internal/external audit preferably within a banking operations and / or IT Function. Moreover, you need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to a wide range of individuals and groups and at different levels of seniority. Proficiency in English language speaking and writing skills is required due to work in international environment.
