Our Client is a international strategy consulting company working for senior executives, providing solutions to some of the most thrilling strategic problems in consulting nowadays. The company specialises in consumer sectors, private equity, media&technology and B2B services.
Description
- Effective management of the project teams, acting as a coach and mentor for other team members;
- Contribute as an effective team member and take accountability for deliverables;
- Deliver studies on topics such as Strategy, M&A, International Expansion, Operations & Organisation, Growth etc.;
- Develop strategic recommendations based on a combination of third-party evidence and primary research;
- Synthesise quantitative and qualitative information intelligently;
- Drive workstreams to completion;
- Translate strategy into deliverable plans;
- Construct financial analysis of client businesses;
- Interact and maintain contact with all levels of management, including C suite of different clients.
Profile
- Outstanding academics (preferably with BA/MA/MBA);
- At least 5 years of relevant experience (in process improvement, organizational development, management consulting, risk management and related);
- Strong problem solving skills demontrated in using analytical, quantitative, and creative approaches;
- Excellent written communications skills: creating clear and concise written documents and visual output;
- Personal impact and oral communication: presenting work clearly and confidently in both internal sessions and client meetings;
- Team work: participating in teams in a collegial and collaborative manner; carrying out fair share of work; consistently add creative, insightful ideas; leading and motivating others well;
- Client relationships and professionalism: conducting oneself in a professional manner at all times and contributing to clients' positive view of the project team and comopany in general;
- Strong people management skills;
- Fluent English (C1 level) is a must.
