Opis stanowiska pracy
The role is designed to support our blue chip client in executing the solution delivery in a Brexit-related migration projects. The person in role will take entire ownership for the full migration life cycles through structured tools, techniques and programs (starting from pre-implementation scoping to post implementation stages).
As a Migration Manager you will possess:
- Excellent communication skills both in Polish and English,
- Outstanding negotiation, decision making, problem solving, organisational and planning skills,
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail and flexibility to work in different environments under time pressure,
- Vast experience of working and conducting migration multinational projects.
Wymagania
The key responsibilities include:
- Following fixed methodologies though migration life cycle
- Project control and delivery,
- Following quality standards and practices to achieve best performance rating and smooth delivery,
- Initiate and drive process improvements,
- Completing all personal development trainings,
- Supporting internal audit protocols and documentation,
- Dealing with the client stakeholders and acting as point of contact and the client representative,
- Coordinating Sales, Product Management, Client Services in order to outperform service level agreements and clients satisfaction.
