A Shared Service Centre of an international, prestigious organization based in Poznań is looking for an experienced AR Manager to join a team of professionals.
Your new role
Your new responsibilities will include providing support in preparation and on time delivery of business strategy, ensure timely / precise processing of all AR transactions and monitor clearly defined performance objectives for assigned teams. Moreover, you will be responsible for recruiting staff for AR team, resolving customer queries and complaints and contributing to development and improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have a relevant University Degree, preferably in finance and accounting min. 5 years of working experience in the Finance and Accounting departments, preferably in SSC/BPO environment including experience in managing people, You should also have fluent English, MS Office and knowledge of SAP. Moreover you should have an international experience, strong service orientation and excellent leadership skills to motivate and lead a team.
