Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Assurance Manager is responsible for the direct management and leadership for the Maintenance department at the Beverage plant. He/she is responsible for the proper reporting of outcomes to the appropriate levels of management to ensure expected goals are met.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electromechanical or Mechatronics engineering; or related field, Masters preferred.
• Ten or more years of Maintenance experience in Beverage field, including five years in management.
• Production lines inspection experience.
• Knowledge of ISO requirements and audits.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control, HACCP, sanitation, and hygienic design
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint.
