For our Client - a multinational joint venture of two well-known companies from aerospace industry, we are looking for a Logistics Technicianindividual in Operations Support Unit.
As a Logistics Technician youwill be mainly responsible for ensuring a reliable, smooth and cost efficient material and tools supply process to production. The process contains of receiving, storage, picking and physical delivery or shipping of the required materials in a timely and proper way. Additional, ordering transportation and preparing related shipping documents, labels and tags materials, coaching new colleagues and preparing them for working independently will be in scope of your responsibilities. Your daily duties will include also organising and performing material scrapping, updating the IT system with data of scrapped parts, determining shelf life and suitable storage area, considering manufacturers and customers recommendations.
To be successful in this roleyou should have at least 3 years of professional experience in warehouse logistics with knowledge of SAP and Excel programs. What is more, good knowledge of logistics processes (purchasing, transport), forklift and driving license and good knowledge of English language (B1/B2)are also highly required. Our Client is seeking a person who is communicative with team spirit and sense of responsibility.
