Logistics sustainability and CSR Manager
The role of the Logistics Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager is to create transparency on and analyse the organisations' CO2 footprint.

Global organisation which is distribution company acting in field of an aftremarket parts. Company is well known both globally and in the Europe.
Description
- Identifying (internal and external) CSR best practices
- Coordinating and driving logistics CO2 reduction and sustainability efforts
- Coordinating and driving logistics CSR efforts
- Collecting impact information, reporting on sustainability and CSR effects
- Defining the scope and clarifying the sustainability and CSR understanding
- Creating transparency on sustainability (e.g. CO2) and CSR baseline (e.g. country assessments)
- Developing methodology to analyze CO2 footprint, as well as executing analysis
- Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities for CO2 footprint and CSR activities
- Initiating, coordinating and driving logistics CSR efforts and sustainability initiatives
- Conceptualizing impact measurement of sustainability and CSR activities, executing measurement
- Supporting reports on sustainability and CSR impact (non-financial matters)
- Identifying (internal and external) sustainability and CSR best practices, sharing among regions/areas and countries
- Ensuring the effective collaboration and communication between the European function and the regional/area organizations.
Profile
- Extensive and up-to-date experience and affinity with sustainability and CSR management
- Strong organization and communication skills, with proven analytical capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and analytical programs
- Fluency in English
