Your new role
- Coordination and control of road transport;
- Management of freight forwarders: defining duties, assigning tasks to the colleagues, controlling implementation, liasing with partners and drivers;
- Occasional substitution of freight forwarders and preparing reports;
- Professional management of emerging human problems;
- Achieving organizational goals, contributing to the fulfilment of the business plan;
- Ensuring the legal compliance;
- Compliance with quality requirements;
- Maximum compliance with customer requirements in mind of corporate strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 3-4 years working experience in the field of Logistic/Deliveries;
- Fluent speaker of Romanian and Hungarian.
- Excellent Managerial and leadership skills;
- Organizational and time management skills;
- Thorough knowledge of preferred routes and heavy traffic patterns;
- Positive, enthusiastic, dynamic and open-minded personality;
- Ability to understand client's and drivers needs and present solutions;
- Professional with high-energy and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Self-starter with high potential for personal and professional development.
