LOGISTICS PROCESSES COORDINATOR
Logistics Coordinator will be in charge of create, monitor and troubleshoot shipments to and from company to customers worldwide, partnering with key customers to protect their supply chain, cooperation with logistics and project management teams to meet customer satisfaction (special focus on coordination Pfizer Covid 19 reverse logistics).

LOGISTICS PROCESSES COORDINATOR
Logistics Coordinator will be in charge of create, monitor and troubleshoot shipments to and from company to customers worldwide, partnering with key customers to protect their supply chain, cooperation with logistics and project management teams to meet customer satisfaction (special focus on coordination Pfizer Covid 19 reverse logistics).
Responsibilities:
- Export, Import and Reverse Logistics shipments preparation
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments (labelling, pick up management, monitoring, solving inventory issues)
- Monitoring costs, timelines, and productivity
- Daily contact with the customers and service centres
- problem solving and supervising the complaint process
- Meet accuracy and timeliness targets
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Contact with customs authorities
Requirements
- Willingness of work in dynamic industry
- Being accurate, well organised, oriented to details and proactive
- Experience and education in logistics is considered positive, but not a requirement
- Excellent communication and technical aptitude
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Analytical skills and good Excel skills are required, a detail-oriented team player is a must!
- Very good English and Polish skills (written and spoken), another language will be an advantage
- Intrinsic sense of urgency in responding to customers with a focus on satisfaction, success and retention
- At times, it may be necessary to be available to different time zones
- Willing to take the extra mile to engage customers
