The employer is a leading operator of dedicated contract logistics for the retail, FMCG, e-commerce, cosmetics, apparel and luxury goods industries. In Poland, the company serves customers in 16 logistics centres with a total warehouse space of 670,000 sqm, and has 3 transport divisions. My Client currently employs more than 5,500 people.

Opis stanowiska

Your responsibilities as Contract Manager will include:

• taking care about long-term business relationship with Asian companies,
• ensuring customer satisfaction, bringing added value, improvements, new ideas and innovations in contract logistics (warehousing, l. distribution, VAS),
• directly reporting the results of cooperation with key customers to the Managing Director,
• ensuring and developing customer profitability in coordination with the operations department, tracking financial performance and budget execution,
• increasing the profitability of turnover with clients, pro-actively seeking new opportunities and participating in bidding processes,
• controlling whether service levels meet contractual obligations and customer expectations,
• assessing the level of risk in contracts, renegotiating clauses that expose the company to risk,
• defining and monitoring action plans to increase service levels and customer satisfaction,
• leading key Customer-related projects, handling cross-cutting projects within the company locally or internationally,
• ensuring effective communication between the Client and the company's departments and, if necessary, between several locations.

Profil kandydata

The ideal Candidate for this position should have:

• university degree in one of the following fields: business administration, sales, logistics or related,
• minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse services / 3PL / Contract logistics,
• ability to review contracts with clients and subcontractors,
• strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build internal and commercial relationships with professionals at all organisational levels,
• ability to handle several projects simultaneously,
• high work autonomy and decision-making ability,
• fluency in English B2 + Chinese HSK level 4 (B1).
