Within this position you will be responsible for processing orders and claims in the system, reviewing and resolving clients questions and problems. You will be contacting in Hungarian customer service team, warehouses, distribution and transportation departments.
We are looking for Candidates with very good Hungarian – B2 level and good English – B1/B2 level. Previous experience in customer service will be an asset. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
