For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for candidates interested in Learning Coordinator position.
Your new role
Within this position you will be working with a team of other Learning Coordinators, who are focused on delivering market-leading levels of customer service. Your duties will be related to support in the delivery of complex training programmes. You also will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to company’s clients in relation to their learning and training needs. You will be providing support, via email and phone, to the clients with the day to day management of various learning activities, e.g. training and other learning & development activities. This position also involves liaising with company's suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of services.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with excellent English skills (min. B2+). The Candidates should hold a university degree and have strong communication skills together with the ability to prioritise their duties and multitask. Some experience of working within customer sector in English will be an asset but is not a must. Note that this role involves shift work, i.e. Monday to Friday (1 week 9:00-17:00, 2 week 10:00-18:00, 3 week 11:00-19:00).
