Java Technical Lead

Location: Krakow

The candidate will be working as a feature scrum team member. The tasks will include:

requirements gathering (backlog refinement)
implementation
testing and delivering the changes to the business, with primary focus on the implementation and unit and functional automated testing.

The team produces requirements jointly with the business users and then takes full responsibility for producing technical solution, testing it and delivering to the business.

The team's development process utilizes such practices as unit testing, functional testing, continuous integration, peer review (all checked in code gets reviewed).
