Your new company

For our Client, a manufacturer of household appliances for kitchens, laundry and floor care, as well as products used in business, we are looking for a person experienced in team management

Your new role

You will be responsible for guiding the development and implementation of short and long-term channel/customer strategies that optimize profitability and sales revenues and meet company, category and customer goals. Your responsibilities will include developing a macro environment such as external trends, competitors and customers, current and future customer needs. You will be responsible for forecasting using various inputs, both from the sales and shipping perspective.
You will also be responsible for guiding the development and implementation of customer-specific solutions, e.g. assortment, merchandising, pricing and promotions that meet customer, category and business objectives, as well as leading the customer agenda and developing strong and influential relationships with key customers. On a daily basis you will be able to use your knowledge to influence customers to implement solutions and identify new opportunities. It will also be your responsibility to assess and monitor customer initiative to ensure continuous improvement, efficiency and effectiveness for both the customer and the company. You will have the opportunity to manage new product launches in a timely and effective manner. In addition to sales activities, you will be responsible for recruiting, maintaining and developing and motivating and inspiring the KRT team.

What you'll need to succeed

If you have sales experience that includes selling, negotiating and using your knowledge to deliver customized plans, achieving company and customer goals. In addition, you work with key/strategic customers and have the ability to deliver effective solutions including product, location, promotion and/or pricing. At the same time, you demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop long-term business relationships with key decision-makers that drive mutual development, you may be the person we are looking for.
On a daily basis, you are able to assess needs, propose mutually beneficial solutions, overcome reservations, demonstrate resilience and deal with conflicts with a positive and confident attitude and close sales in order to maximise mutual value. Experience in developing and managing a budget and optimising revenue from trade and its implementation in the budget is welcome. Experience in managing remote team(s) with a proven ability to build capacity, develop talent and engage colleagues is a key responsibility in the position.
