Key Account Manager CEE

Key Account Manager CEE (Retail) will maintain solid relationships with assigned key retail partners across selected Central and Eastern European markets. Responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying and commercializing new growth opportunities, and engaging with key internal and external stake holders of the business.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers
  • Reviewing product assortment and profitability to ensure profitability and Net Sales Value/Volume targets are delivered while negotiating price increases as necessary with customers
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Communicating and collaborating with internal product and activation, marketing, category and logistics departments to ensure that customer needs are proactively addressed
  • Compiling reports on account progress, pipeline activities, and sales forecasts to share with internal stakeholders
  • Presenting annual account plans and working with customers to develop joint business plans to proactively present product proposals to match the customer activity calendars
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key customer requirements and preparing customized solutions including development of bespoke products.
  • Addressing and resolving key customer complaints
  • Negotiating contracts with customers and meeting established deadlines for key activities.

Profile

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Key account management with leading retailers
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and strong negotiation skills
  • Managing customers across EU markets is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish. Ability to communicate in other languages is a definite advantage
  • Experience in Bakery/frozen bakery or food categories
  • Experience in developing bespoke products based on customer requirements is an advantage
  • Solid project management skills
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexibility to travel in EU markets
  • Goal oriented, organized and self-motivated
